LEGAL
Privacy Policy
This page describes how BistroLabs collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to this website.
Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog to analyze how the website is used: page views, clicks, and, after your consent, session recordings. No tracking happens until you actively accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage and reloading the page.
What information we collect
If you accept cookies, PostHog collects page views, clicks, and other interactions on the website, as well as session recordings of how you move through the site. All input fields (e.g. in the demo booking form) are masked in session recordings, so anything you type there is never captured. The demo booking form is currently a prototype and does not submit any data to us. Nothing you fill in there is saved or transmitted.
How we use the information
The information is used solely to understand how the website is used and to improve the user experience. We don't use it for any other purpose, and we don't share it with any third-party service other than PostHog. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given via the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time. Session recordings are retained for 30 days before being automatically deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access (know what data we hold about you), rectification (have inaccurate data corrected), erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), restriction (limit how we may use your data), and data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format). You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
